Hi, I’m Nick. I run a local onsite IT service here in Bligh Park and the Hawkesbury. I keep things simple and explain everything in plain English, so you always know what’s going on.

Onsite Visits
I come to you so your devices stay right where they are. Instead of unplugging everything and trying to set it all back up later, I troubleshoot and fix the issue in your home. It’s easier, less stressful, and means everything works properly in the space you actually use it.
Help Over the Internet (Remote Support)
I offer remote support for Windows and Mac. If the issue doesn’t need an onsite visit, I can connect securely and sort it out quickly without you having to do anything tricky.
Printer Setup & Troubleshooting
I can install your printer, connect it to your Wi‑Fi, and make sure it works with all your devices. If your printer is jamming, not printing, or just being difficult, I can sort it out and get everything running properly again.
Malware Removal
If your computer is running slow, acting strange, or showing pop‑ups, I can check it for viruses and malware. I remove the problem safely, make sure everything is clean, and get your system running properly again.
Password Resets & Email Support
I can help reset forgotten passwords and sort out issues with your email accounts. Whether you need a new email address set up or your existing one isn’t working properly, I can get everything running smoothly and make sure it’s easy for you to use.

Onsite Support
Hourly rate: $150
Minimum charge of 1 hour, then billed in 30‑minute blocks
*Please note: a travel fee applies if Nick needs to travel more than 20 km

Hourly rate: $150
No minimum charge, billed in 30‑minute blocks
Service Area
I’m based in Bligh Park, but I’m more than happy to travel anywhere in the Hawkesbury or Greater Western Sydney. Travel fees only apply if you’re more than 20 km from Bligh Park.
